Attorney Erin A. Fisher, is a proud graduate of Loyola School of Law. Before transitioning into law, Ms. Fisher served honorably in the United States military, bringing a disciplined and strategic approach to her legal practice. Her background in service instills a strong sense of integrity and dedication in every case handled.
Ms. Fisher is experienced in a broad spectrum of legal matters, including serious personal injury cases, complex divorce and custody disputes, adoptions, drafting and litigating estates, Hurricane damage cases, and contract disputes. With extensive courtroom experience, Ms. Fisher is adept at both litigation and negotiation, always striving for the best possible outcome for her clients.
As a local New Orleans native, Ms. Fisher has deep roots in the community and a genuine understanding of its unique legal landscape. Ms. Fisher earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of New Orleans in 2005, and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate at Loyola Law School in 2010.
Ms. Fisher is licensed to practice in all Federal and State Courts in the State of Louisiana. Ms. Fisher is also a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Jefferson Parish Bar Association. 

Brianna Brewer

Brianna Brewer is currently a dedicated law student at Loyola University College of Law, actively pursuing her Juris Doctorate degree with an expected graduation date of 2026. Brianna is consistently ranked among the top students in her class, has earned multiple Law Excellence Awards, successfully completed a Divorce and Mediation Training Course, a member of Loyola Law School’s Trial Advocacy Team as well as two prestigious legal honor societies. Brianna’s continuous accomplishments reflect her commitment to academic excellence and professionalism in the legal field.
With a strong foundation in legal practice, Brianna has developed extensive experience across a wide range of legal issues. She began working in the legal field in 2018 for Attorney Erin A. Fisher and the now Honorable Judge Jacqueline F. Maloney. This hands-on experience has provided Brianna with a deep understanding of the law and its practical applications.
Brianna attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice in 2021. As she continues to gain valuable experience here at The Fisher Law Firm while pursuing her law degree, Brianna's strong academic foundation, combined with her passion for the law, positions her as a future leader in the legal community. Brianna looks forward to advocating for clients and guiding them through complex legal issues upon earning her Juris Doctorate.
